Went for a run today :)
Felt really great. I’m starting to get back into the fitness mindset - enjoying the gym and exercise, denying junk food because I actually don’t want it, trying to eat lots of fruits and veggies. Yay :)
I forgot how awesome going to the gym makes me feel :)
