Did a workout class today...
my thighs have literally never burned that much before! Booyah, soreness is the best pain.
Feeling super motivated
Worked out on the elliptical at the gym, ate a healthy dinner, doing a sculpt & tone class AND a yoga class tomorrow. 2013 didn’t start off super great, but I’m going to make it my year. I don’t think I’ve had such a positive mindset for YEARS… and it feels great :)
Joined my school's yoga club :)
Did hot yoga this morning… I have horrible body strength/flexibility but at least I’m trying! haha
Going to Cuba for my reading week...
SoOoO not feeling ready to wear a bikini, let alone have pictures taken of me in a bikini… Time to get back on track! I’m going to sign up for fitness classes at my university gym and I’m going to start eating a lot healthier again (especially after Christmas break indulgences).
Just had a good workout
and now I’m getting pizza, haha oops! Without cheese, though, so it’s not that bad. Gotta treat yourself every now and then! :)
